Golfing

Tonight the girls asked Austin if he'd take them golfing. He told them that he would after he finished some yard work. They were beyond excited!! Lily jumped up on Emma. Emma swung her around in circles while Lily's legs were just kicking with excitement! I don't know if I've ever seen them more excited!

So, they are off golfing. Austin is such a good Dad! He also wanted to surprise Lily with a booster seat that she's been dying to have! She asks me all the time to weigh her on the scale to see if she's big enough. She weighs 37.5 lbs. I tell her that she has to eat healthy and get lots of exercise, so she makes it a point to do lots of running especially at the gym so she can be "big and strong." not quite accurate, but that's o.k.

They just got home. Lily came in proudly carrying her new booster. Austin had so much fun with them and said that they did SO GOOD! Austin was proud of Emma's follow-through swing. He had a great time with them and would love to go weekly with them. Lily says "Dad, we should go more so I can be as good as Emma." Emma said that this was her 6 lucky star day: 1: she got to eat ramen for dinner 2: she got new heart pajama pants 3: she saw 2 deer while out golfing 4: she got to go golfing 5: Dad bought her a new Hannah Montana watch (the one she got for X-mas didn't work) 6: I told her that we were going to get a babysitter this weekend to watch William and we are going on a Mommy Daughter date. While I take Em, Austin is going to take Lily (and then they don't know we're going to meet up and have ice cream together).

On another note, I cleaned the garage today, and it feels good! :)
