We went over to some friends house for Christmas Eve. We had a Christmas dinner which was so fabulous! The kids put on the story of the birth of Jesus and we sang songs. The kids had been waiting all week to be their parts for the nativity story. Emma was happy to be Mary. Lily would have liked to have been Mary because as she put it (with her very serious, mad, grumpy, sassy, disgusted face) "MOM, SHEPHERDS ARE NOT GIRLS!" They both did good and William was a perfect Baby Jesus. It was a lovely night! I was quite bummed that I forgot my camera. These were taken last Saturday before our ward Christmas party.
