Our Anniversary

7 years! To celebrate, Austin took me to a Red Sox game. It was a lot of fun! On Monday, our actual anniversary day, we went out to Benihana's restaurant where they cook the food in front of you. It's kindof been a tradition to go to a place like that since we got married.

I thought this would be a good time to do the "ABC...why I love you." (I am stealing this from Rachels blog (who stole it from Kindra's blog) :) )

Here's the ABC's of my love, Austin.

A- ATV of choice? A pearl colored Nissan Z! :) He tells me about every other day what kind of car he wants when we graduate!

B- Born- March 11, 1980

C- Cookies or Candy? Both.

D- Date of Choice when you go out? Restaurant and a movie.

E- Essential Items? "Crew" hair forming cream and a few tees and golf ball in his pockets.

F- Favorite Foods? Pizza, meat, and desserts. He loves to bbq anything- chicken, salmon (nobody makes better salmon!), steak, pork loins, and he even bbq-d last years Thanksgiving turkey. He really loves ribs though.

G- Gas or Diesel vehicle? Gas

H- Hobbies? Golf, Golf, Golf (that includes getting his golf equipment) and Baseball, Baseball, Baseball. He loves them!

I- Ice Cream Flavor? Mint chocolate chip or DQ's chocolate waffle blizzard

J- Job? lawyer (officially in 1 more year)

K- Kids? Almost 3 (in only 17 more days!!!!) whoo hoo! Two girls whom he thinks are the absolute best kids in the world and one boy on the way.

L- Last Vacation as a couple? probably our honeymoon. We had the best honeymoon in California! Beach, Six Flags, condo, restaurants, etc. ahhh....so fun! We are thinking we'll go on a cruise next year as a graduation present! (any suggestions on where to go?)

M- Morning person or night owl? NIGHT owl. He can stay up late late late to study (which I find remarkable since I fall asleep pretty easily reading). But,he also does a great job at getting up in the morning!

N- Number of Siblings? He has 4 siblings, 1 half brother, and 6 step brothers and sisters.

O- OCD or sloppy? sloppy :)

P- Pet peeves? When I clean up his stuff... (or to him "misplacing" his stuff so he can't find it), losing things, stains on his shirts, or interrupting him when he's trying to fix something.

Q- Quiet or Loud? Loud

R- Restaurant? Right now, it's Texas Road House

S- Sports? His love! The Red Sox and Golf

T- Tight wad or spender? He is spendy! If we have money, he has no problem spending it.

U- Unknown fact about him? He was homecoming king in h.s.

V- Vegetable? carrots

W- Worst Habit? how about this one... he'll floss with anything...a pencil, a garbage bag, you name it.

X- Xtra Curricular activities in high school? He did the t.v. morning announcements. He was hilarious...everybody loved him! He was also in the school plays.

Y- Your favorite things about him? Austin is a very determined, hard worker! He's handsome and brilliant! I love his love for the gospel and his will to be a better person. I love seeing him play with the girls and how much they adore him. And I love his love for me and our family and all that he does for us! :)

Z- Zociac sign? no idea

It's amazing how many people come to watch the game... like 44,000 people. Isn't that amazing?
We took a gozillion pictures at the game. Austin thought that was cool. We were way on the other side of the field, so as AWESOME as my new camera and lens are, it still has it's limits! Still fun to see Manny! Here comes the ball... (see it?)
