Dog in our backyard

Last Sunday, we came home from church and put on our sweats for a nice relaxing Sunday. I was making some lunch when I see in our backyard a big white dog! mmm... that's strange because I'm pretty sure that the gates have been closed. Sure enough they were closed. So, where did this dog come from? I thought a back neighbor must have tossed him over or he was able to stand on something to get over. So, we start calling the dog rescue centers and they are closed. So, Austin gets busy making "FOUND DOG" signs. Austin and the kids are already talking about keeping him. It didn't have a collar on and it seemed a bit scared and hungry like it was a stray. Austin went and talked to our neighbors who live by us and in back of us. The neighbors behind our next door neighbor said that it came into their yard and they've kept it for a few weeks, but that it fights with their dog. But, after an hour or 2, the dog disappears. We were a little shocked to find out that it can jump the fences. The next day, he made another visit. I stayed inside and grabbed my camera when I saw him on the move again. He tried to come over today too, but I was in the backyard and I told him no. He has a collar on now, so I guess he has an owner now. The kids were very sad. The dog jumping the fence:
