Austin just called again. He was hit by a drunk driver! The drunk driver hit them and then tried to flee.. he got like 2 blocks and hit a pole/ parking meter. He was caught, handcuffed, and taken by the police officers. The air bags did go off. Austin feels incredibly lucky too. The drunk driver hit our car on the drivers side by the engine (it smoked up). If it would have hit just a few feet back, it would have hit Austin. Austin said he's feeling light headed and his body is hurting, but he's ALIVE!
Oh... I could just cry... he's o.k! This could have turned out a lot worse!
It's 1:00 a.m., nobody awake, so I guess blogpost will have to do for tonight to help ease my worries. (it's not helping very well). ...

I'm glad that Austin is OK. Sounds like a harrowing experience.
Oh how scary! I am glad everything is ok! I hope you are doing good. I bet he is glad finals are over.
