Birthdays are coming!

Two days ago, the girls WOKE me up to go and take their pictures for their birthday invitations. I looked out the window, saw that it was cloudy, so thought it would be a good day to go. I've been trying to scope out good locations to go do pictures and while it's gorgeous here, it is all GREEN GREEN GREEN! (I'm not complaining... it's just that there's not much variety for outdoor pics.) So, off we head to Walmart, where there is lots of trees. Actually, it's like a JUNGLE with vines and all!!! We get there, and it is BLOOMIN' HOT!!! So, I think, good thing we can go in the trees and be in the shade. We get to the trees... and the girls stop. Come to find out, the girls DON'T LIKE the jungle! :) They think it's scary and full of snakes! ahh... Well, by this time we only have less than 20 minutes before we have to leave to swim lessons. You may not be able to tell by the pics, but the girls were NOT happy! But.. I think we got enough to make Emma's birthday invitation. I can't believe Emma's almost 6 years old. She is growing up so fast! She has grown up a lot even since we've been here. She is just so beautiful and SMART. She can't wait for her Build-A-Bear party. She spent an hour there today trying on different outfits on different bears to get a better idea of what her perfect choice is going to be. fun fun! Here's some pics of Lily too...
